調べてみるとインスタを埋め込むにはいくつか方法があるようです
サイズ変更方法も調べました

１．embedオプション
・URL:embed

リンクの挿入とコンテンツの埋め込み

サイズとか変えられないけれどシンプルで簡単

２．インスタの埋込コード
・埋込コードをコピーしてHTML編集で貼り付ける
このコードがやたら長い
あまりに長いので見やすくしてページの最後に置きました
何なのこれ？
ということで

１）インスタ埋込コードの構造
大雑把に見てみるとその多くは本体で上書きされて見えなくなるロゴマークとか枠を作っているようです

２）はてなブログのHTML編集にペーストして保存すると
枠を作っているところがバッサリ切られてます
要するに無くてもいい
